Poland is the base for our central European warehouse and for some of our most talented staff in IT, Finance, Marketing, Pricing and Analytics.
Our central warehouse – or the Pierce Distribution Center (PDC) as we like to call it – is located in the Panattoni Park in Szczecin-Załom. From this modern 37,000 m2 warehouse we ship over 150,000 different SKU’s and over 1.7 million parcels annually to our customers all over the world. We are continuously working to optimize our warehouse operation and supply chain to increase efficiency and delivery timelines towards our customers.
In addition to warehouse operations, we also have some unique in-house capabilities to develop personalized products, like for instance decals, seat covers and customized motorcycle wheels. Our photo and video studio, where we produce rich content for our stores, social media and motorcycle events provides another key point of differentiation.
In 2018 we launched an expert center at the Baltic Business Park in Szczecin. Our multi-disciplinary team is part of a truly European organization and works closely with the teams in our offices in Sweden and Spain to provide a superior product offering and customer experience.

The Warehouse Team is the heart of the company, with activity 24/7. We handle the constant challenge to enable a stable, flexible and customer friendly day-to-day business, including >200 employees. In the same time we secure warehousing capacity for the coming 2 years in the fast growing Pierce. The team includes the Customized Product team delivering customized products and contributes to the riders wish for personal expression on road, off road and on the race track. The Supply Chain Planning Team connects our future sales demand with our current stocks situation and related Suppliers. Our main responsibility is to keep correct balance between Product Availability and Financial stock value targets. With world class IT-tools and an honest approach to our Suppliers, we support Pierce growth ambitions.

Financial control produces monthly book closings of high quality in a timely manner and drive improved internal control, compliance and scalability – both within finance as well as for the business as a whole.
Business control mission is to support, and to some extent control, the business to make smarter decisions based upon various types of operative and financial analysis that are communicated clearly in relevant forums.
